Janhvi Kapoor is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi-language films. She was born on March 6, 1997, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Janhvi is the daughter of popular Bollywood actress Sridevi and film producer Boney Kapoor.
Janhvi made her acting debut in 2018 with the film “Dhadak,” which was a Hindi adaptation of the Marathi film “Sairat.” Her performance in the film was well-received and she won the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut for her role.
Since then, she has appeared in several films including “Ghost Stories,” “Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl,” and “Roohi.” Janhvi has also received several award nominations for her performances in these films.
