Akio Kawamura is a Japanese animator and animation director credited under the name Kawamura Akio. Working primarily in animation, Kawamura is recognized for contributing to key productions in the Detective Conan series. In 2004, Kawamura served as Key Animation for Detective Conan: Magician of the Silver Sky, a film entry in the long-running franchise.
