André Abujamra, born on May 15, 1965, in São Paulo, Brazil, is a Brazilian musician and actor known for his contributions to the film industry. He is the son of actor and theater director Antônio Abujamra. Abujamra's notable work in cinema includes serving as the original music composer for the 2003 film "Carandiru," directed by Héctor Babenco. He also portrayed the role of a guitar professor in the 2013 film "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," directed by Paulo Coelho and Daniel Augusto.
