Born on April 21, 1964 in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, Muylaert works across television and film, contributing to both writing and directing roles in the industry. In the film Collect Call [2012], Muylaert served as producer, while in While My Guitar Gently Weeps [2013], also took on the role of producer.
