Born on October 12, 1945, in Soissons, Aisne, France, Clément made early appearances in notable productions. In 1975, Clément had an uncredited role as Lady on Pier in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. The following year, Clément took on the role of Roxanne Sarrault in Apocalypse Now. In 1983, Clément appeared in El Sur as Irene Ríos and Laura, and in Paris, Texas as Anne.
