Bennie E. Dobbins was born in Los Angeles County, California, on November 16, 1932. Dobbins worked in film as an actor and in stunt coordination, contributing to action-driven productions in the late 1970s and early 1980s. His credited roles included physical performance and coordination duties, bridging stunt work with on-screen appearances in genre films of the period.
Among Dobbins’ credited film appearances is a supporting role in The Mountain Men as a Blackfoot Brave. He also served as Stunt Coordinator on 48 Hrs., a 1982 action feature. These credits reflect his involvement in action cinema, where stunt coordination and minor acting roles were common for performers with physical skills. Dobbins died on February 5, 1988 in Vienna, Austria.
