Biography
Beth MacDonald is credited in the camera department for two animated films produced by British studio Aardman Animations. In 2000, MacDonald worked as an Assistant Camera on Chicken Run, a stop-motion feature that became one of the studio’s early international successes. The film’s technical demands required precise camera work, a role in which Assistant Camera personnel assist the camera department in maintaining continuity and executing shots.
MacDonald returned to Aardman’s productions in 2005 as Assistant Camera on Corpse Bride, another stop-motion animated feature directed by Tim Burton and Mike Johnson.
