Bill Fagerbakke is an American actor born on October 4, 1957 in Fontana, California. Known primarily for voice work in animated films, Fagerbakke has provided vocal performances in multiple entries of the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise. In 2004, Fagerbakke voiced Patrick Star, a fish character, in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, alongside additional minor roles as Fish #2, Chum Customer, and Local Fish. The actor reprised the role of Patrick Star in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water from 2015, contributing to three distinct vocal roles in the film. Fagerbakke also returned as Patrick Star in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run in 2020.
