Bill Smitrovich, born William Stanley Zmitrowicz Jr. on May 16, 1947, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, is an American actor known for his roles in various films. He began his acting career in the film industry, with his first notable role in "Air Force One" (1997) as General Northwood. Smitrovich then appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film "Iron Man" (2008), portraying General Gabriel. He reprised his role as Frank in the comedy films "Ted" (2012) and its sequel "Ted 2" (2015). Most recently, Smitrovich was cast as Judge Herman Rothwax in the upcoming film "Joker: Folie à Deux" (2024).
