Active in the film industry, Ko worked across multiple roles including action direction, stunt coordination, stunt driving, and acting. In 1985, Ko served as a stunt driver for Yes, Madam! In 1986, Ko held the position of action director for A Better Tomorrow and stunt coordinator for Royal Warriors. Earlier in 1973, Ko appeared as an actor in Infernal Street and The Champion, credited as Japanischer Kämpfer and Te-Piao's thug / Japanese respectively. In 1982, Ko acted in Pink Force Commando as Thug in Black Leather Jacket.
