Carly Pope

Carly Pope is a Canadian actor born on August 28, 1980, in Vancouver, British Columbia. Active in film, Pope is credited with roles in science fiction and political satire projects. In 2013, Pope portrayed CCB Agent in the film Elysium, a science fiction production where the character served as a law enforcement figure within the narrative.

Pope later appeared in the Bad President series, a set of political comedies. In 2017, Pope played Mary in Bad President - Oil Spill, a film centered on an environmental disaster and its aftermath. The same character, Mary, returned in 2020 in Bad President - Kenya, another installment in the series addressing political and social themes through satire.
