Biography
Claude Pignot worked in the art department of French cinema during the late 1960s. Pignot is credited as assistant set decoration on The Young Girls of Rochefort, a musical film directed by Jacques Demy released in 1967. The film is known for its vibrant color palette and stylized sets, areas where Pignot’s contributions would have supported the overall visual design under Demy’s direction.
