Bierko's filmography includes notable roles such as Lacerda in "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" (1998), and he has lent his voice to animated features like "Hair High" (2004) as Sarge. Although some of his scenes were deleted, he appeared as Wolverine in the 2008 comedy "Superhero Movie."
