Douglas Silva

Douglas Silva, born on September 27, 1989, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is a Brazilian actor known for his notable roles in the film industry. He made his debut in the 2002 Brazilian film "City of God," where he portrayed the character Dadinho, also known as Li'l Dice. Silva's performance in the film, which depicted the life of a young boy growing up in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, was critically acclaimed. He went on to appear in the 2008 film "Blindness," playing the role of Onlooker #1. Silva's work in "City of God" earned him recognition, making him the first Brazilian actor to be nominated for the International Emmy Award.
