Hank Bell was born on January 21, 1892 in Los Angeles, California, USA. Bell worked in the film industry during the silent and early sound eras, appearing in supporting roles. In 1927, Bell appeared in The Last Outlaw as a Henchman, a small but notable part in a Western film. The role required no special billing, typical of many performers in that period.
Years later, Bell returned to the screen in 1946 with a brief appearance in Duel in the Sun. Cast as McCanles' Ranch Hand in an uncredited role, Bell contributed to the film’s background without receiving formal recognition.
