Isshin Chiba

Isshin Chiba is a Japanese voice actor born on June 26, 1968, in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture. Affiliated with Arts Vision, Chiba is known for providing voice roles in animated films.

Chiba is credited for voicing the character Kazunobu Chiba in multiple installments of the Detective Conan film series. These include Detective Conan: Strategy Above the Depths, Detective Conan: The Private Eyes' Requiem, and Detective Conan: Quarter of Silence. Chiba also voices the same character in the upcoming Detective Conan: One-Eyed Flashback.
