Biography
Jennifer Downs is credited as a Creature Technical Director on two animated films produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. In 2012, Downs worked on Wreck-It Ralph, contributing to the technical aspects of creature design and animation. The following year, Downs held the same role on Frozen, assisting in the development and execution of animated creatures within the film’s visual pipeline.
Prior to these credits, Downs served as Art Department Manager on Coraline, a stop-motion animated feature released in 2009. In this capacity, Downs oversaw the coordination and logistics of the art department, ensuring the smooth execution of set construction, props, and visual styling for the film’s distinctive aesthetic.
