Joel Marsh Garland is an American actor and director who has worked in film. Born on April 6, 1975 in Rome, New York, Garland has appeared in small but notable roles in several productions. In 2014, Garland worked as a stagehand in the film Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance). More recently, Garland took on the role of Jacky in the 2023 film Eileen. Earlier in Garland’s career, the actor appeared as the Bald Customer in the 2007 film Watching the Detectives.
