Kam Hing-Yin was born on January 1, 1944 in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony. Active in the Hong Kong film industry, Kam appeared in several notable productions during the mid-1980s. In 1986, Kam took on a supporting role as Kit's Supervisor in the crime drama A Better Tomorrow. That same year, Kam also appeared in the martial arts action film Millionaires' Express and the action thriller Royal Warriors, portraying Cockerel Wong Hung. Both films were released in 1986 and reflected the era's popular genre styles.
