In 2002, she portrayed Tiffany in "Two Weeks Notice," followed by appearances in "50 First Dates" (2004) as Young Woman and "Hellraiser: Hellworld" (2005) as Chelsea. Winnick's versatility was further showcased in "Failure to Launch" (2006), where she played Melissa, and in "Love & Other Drugs" (2010), in which she took on the role of Lisa. She also starred in "Choose" (2011) as Fiona.
