Kazuhiko Inoue is a Japanese voice actor born on March 26, 1954 in Yokohama, Kanagawa. Inoue works primarily in animation and film dubbing, providing vocal performances for characters in Japanese-language productions.
Inoue is credited with voicing Ninzaburou Shiratori in multiple Detective Conan films, including Detective Conan: Magician of the Silver Sky, Detective Conan: The Private Eyes' Requiem, Detective Conan: Strategy Above the Depths, and Detective Conan: Quarter of Silence.
