Kenji Oota is credited as a producer in the Japanese animation industry, with a focus on feature-length films. Oota’s known filmography consists of three animated productions released between 1994 and 2001. In 1994, Oota served as producer for Crayon Shin-chan: The Hidden Treasure of the Buri Buri Kingdom. The following year, Oota again held the producer role for Crayon Shin-chan: Unkokusai's Ambition. In 2001, Oota produced Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger: The Fire Mountain Roars, a film based on the long-running tokusatsu franchise.
