Louis G. Friedman is a veteran film production professional, known for his significant contributions to several notable cinematic projects. His career spans over three decades, with his first credited role in the 1981 adventure film "Raiders of the Lost Ark" as a Second Assistant Director. Friedman's association with the iconic Indiana Jones franchise continued with "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" in 1984, where he once again served as a Second Assistant Director. He then moved into the role of Unit Manager for the epic conclusion of the original Star Wars trilogy, "Return of the Jedi," released in 1983.
