Biography
Manuel Martínez contributed to film production as a set designer and still photographer. In 2003 Martínez served as set designer on Master and the Far Side of the World, contributing to the visual construction of the film’s environments. The work involved shaping the physical spaces that supported the narrative, aligning sets with the film’s period setting and dramatic requirements.
Earlier in their career Martínez worked as a still photographer on The Werewolf Versus the Vampire Woman in 1971, capturing photographic images related to the film’s production. This role involved documenting scenes, actors, and behind-the-scenes elements for publicity or archival purposes. The combination of these credits reflects Martínez’s involvement across different departments in filmmaking.
