Masami Suda

Masami Suda was a Japanese animator and character designer active in the anime industry. Born on September 16, 1943 in Saitama, Japan, Suda contributed to several animated films in key creative roles. Their work focused on animation and character design, shaping visual elements in productions that became influential in the medium.

Suda is credited with key animation roles in Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might and Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone, both released in the late 1980s. They also served as key animator for Dragon Ball: The Path to Power in 1996. Earlier in their career, Suda designed characters for the 1991 film Dark Cat.
