Masato Hirano

Masato Hirano, born on November 16, 1955, in Hachimantai, Iwate, Japan, is a Japanese voice actor, actor, and narrator. He is known for his roles in cinema and television. Hirano's notable film credits include "Akira" (1988), where he voiced multiple characters, including Committee F, Spy, Yûji Takeyama, and Terrorist. He also lent his voice to the character Neiz in the animated film "Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge" (1991).
