Biography
Michitaka Kondo was born on February 2, 1920, in Odawara, Kanagawa, Japan. He is known for his work in film production. Kondo served as the Executive Producer for the 1984 film Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.
Prior to his involvement in the film industry, Kondo's background includes a stint in the Navy of the Japanese military. He also held a position as CEO of Hakuhodo, an advertising company.
Kondo passed away on June 30, 2010. His filmography is limited, but his role as Executive Producer for Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind remains a notable credit. Kondo is also known by the names Michio Kondô, 近藤 道生, Michio Kondou, こんどうみちたか, and こんどう みちたか.
