Moses J. Moseley was an American actor and model whose brief appearances in film and television marked small but notable contributions to the entertainment industry. Born on December 23, 1993, in Aiken, South Carolina, Moseley entered the film industry with uncredited roles in major productions. In 2012, Moseley appeared as a Club Goer in the musical comedy Joyful Noise, a minor but visible part in a film featuring a cast led by Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton. The following year, Moseley took on an uncredited role as a District 11 Citizen in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, part of the widely recognized franchise based on Suzanne Collins' novels.
