Johnston's career at Disney began with his work as an animation production assistant on "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" in 1938. He later served as an animation director for "Peter Pan" in 1953. Throughout his career, Johnston also worked on the animation for "Alice in Wonderland" in 1951 and "One Hundred and One Dalmatians" in 1961. His dedication to his craft spanned over four decades, making significant contributions to the world of animation. Johnston passed away on April 14, 2008.
