Peter Kuran worked in visual effects across several notable films during the late 20th century. Born on December 15, 1955, Kuran contributed to visual effects in Edward Scissorhands in 1990. Kuran also served as a visual effects producer on multiple projects, including Starship Troopers in 1997, The Dark Half in 1993, Drop Dead Fred in 1991, and The Birds II: Land's End in 1994. In Airplane! from 1980, Kuran handled visual effects, contributing to the film’s comedic and technical elements.
