Philip Philmar

Philip Philmar, born on March 13, 1957, is an actor known for his roles in several notable films. He gained recognition for portraying the character of Slugworth in Tim Burton's 2005 adaptation of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Philmar's ability to bring depth to his characters was further showcased in his role as Mr. Fogg in Burton's "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" in 2007. He continued to take on diverse roles, appearing as Thern #1 in the 2012 science fiction film "John Carter" and as the Cook Giant in the fantasy adventure "Jack the Giant Slayer" in 2013.
