Sean Charmatz

Sean Charmatz is an animator and voice artist based in California. Born on August 28, 1980 in San Diego, Charmatz has contributed to animated films through voice work and direction. In 2014, Charmatz provided the voice of Cricket in Penguins of Madagascar. Later, in 2019, Charmatz voiced two characters—Invisible Pig and Teacher—in The Angry Birds Movie 2.

Charmatz also works as a director in animation. In 2025, Charmatz directed SpongeBob SquarePants: Order Up. The project marks Charmatz’s involvement in shaping animated storytelling for television.
