Shing Fui-On was born on February 1, 1955 in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony. Active in Hong Kong cinema, Shing appeared in supporting roles across multiple films during the late 1980s and late 2000s. In 1986, Shing appeared as Shing's Bodyguard in A Better Tomorrow. The following year, Shing took on the role of Mad Dog in Prison on Fire. In 1989, Shing played Wah in Just Heroes. Shing's later work included a supporting part in The Detective, released in 2007.
Shing's filmography consists of brief but notable appearances in action and crime dramas. The roles Shing took were often minor but contributed to the atmosphere of the films.
