Stuart Beattie, born on January 1, 1972, is an Australian screenwriter known for his work in the film industry. He attended Knox Grammar School in Sydney, Australia, and later pursued education at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst.
Beattie's notable contributions to cinema include his work on the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. He co-wrote the story for "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" (2003) and contributed to the character development in "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" (2007). Additionally, Beattie wrote the screenplay for the Australian war drama "Tomorrow, When the War Began" (2010).
