Blakeslee has contributed to animated and family-oriented productions, lending her voice to a range of characters across film and television. In the film Cinderella II: Dreams Come True (2002), Blakeslee voiced Lady Tremaine, the antagonistic stepmother of Cinderella. She reprised the role in Cinderella III: A Twist in Time (2007), continuing to portray the character in further installments of the series.
