Takuma Otoo is a voice artist whose work appears in animated and Japanese-language productions. Born on March 21, 1976 in Hokkaido, Japan, Otoo has contributed to films in the voice department, providing spoken performances for characters in select titles.
Otoo is credited as a voice actor in Howl's Moving Castle, released in 2004, where Otoo provided the voice for a character in the Japanese-language version. In 2015, Otoo voiced Dojaku in One Piece: Adventure of Nebulandia. More recently, in 2022, Otoo worked as Shizuku's Director in Whisper of the Heart, indicating involvement in a creative or directorial capacity within that film’s production.
