Tamara Nosova was born on November 21, 1927 in Moscow, RSFSR, USSR. Nosova appeared in two Soviet films during the late 1950s and early 1960s. In Carnival Night (1956), Nosova played Tosya, a supporting role in the comedy directed by Eldar Ryazanov.
