Tatsuo Saitō was born on June 10, 1902 in Tokyo, Japan. Saitō worked in the film industry as an actor, appearing in over one hundred films during a career that spanned more than four decades. Their presence on screen was established by the early 1930s, with a role in The Loyal 47 Ronin in 1932, where they portrayed Kazuemon Fuwa.
