Toru Takemitsu

Toru Takemitsu, born on October 8, 1930 in Tokyo, Japan, was a prominent figure in the film industry. He is recognized for his work as a composer, contributing to numerous films throughout his career. Takemitsu's notable filmography includes "Harakiri" (1962), for which he composed the original music, and "Dodes'ka-den" (1970), where he was responsible for the film's music.
