Yasuko Kobayashi is a screenwriter based in Tokyo, Japan. Born on April 7, 1965 in Koto, Tokyo, Kobayashi has contributed to the Japanese film and television industry with writing credits in both anime and tokusatsu genres. Her work spans multiple decades, beginning with early projects in the 1990s.
Kobayashi is credited with writing the screenplay for Kyuukyuu Sentai GoGoFive vs Gingaman, a tokusatsu production released in 2000. In 2009, Kobayashi wrote the teleplay for Death Note Relight 1: Visions of a God, part of the Death Note franchise.
