Yōichi Shiga is a cinematographer whose work spans multiple formats within the Japanese film industry. Their contributions include roles in feature films, pink films, original videos, and television dramas, primarily two-hour dramas. They have also worked in commercials and music videos, demonstrating versatility across different mediums.
Shiga’s credited filmography includes Groper Train at Every Station (1978), where they served as Assistant Camera, and Distorted Sense of Touch (1985), for which they held the position of Director of Photography. In addition to cinematography, Shiga has taken on responsibilities as a gaffer on select projects.
