Ajith’s Thunivu 13 Days WW Box Office Collections

A gang goes to rob a bank only to find that there’s already a criminal mastermind holding it for ransom, but his identities and motives behind the heist remain mysterious. As they plan to collect the bounty and disappear without a trace, their crimes and past slowly catch up.

Over the long career that Thala Ajith has had, he has managed to create a good following for himself in Tamil Nadu. He is currently one of the most prominent actors in the Tamil film industry.

Even though the actor never promotes his films and the fact that he is rarely seen off-screen, he manages to command a huge following. Ajith is known as the King of opening day in Tamil Nadu, and he has managed to do that with his latest film Thunivu. The film is directed by H Vinoth. The film was released for Sankranthi this year, on January 11th.

The film had good expectations on it since the trailer was released. The film turned out to be a good hit upon release as well, with audiences loving the film, and Ajith’s actions in it. The action and heist sequences of the film have also been received very well.

Manju Warrier is the leading lady of this film, while Ghibran composed the music and background score. The background score turned out to be one of the major highlights of the film, along with the cinematography. Thunivu’s Telugu version, Thegimpu, got a decent opening in Telugu but failed to attract any audience from the second day. The main reason for this is the release of mainstream Telugu films on the 12th and 13th. While Thegimpu is not performing well in Telugu, Thunivu continues to be strong in Tamil Nadu.
