The Biographies is produced by an editorial team focused on movies, the people who make them, and the industry around them. Our goal is a single, reliable place to find a film's cast and crew, a star's full filmography and career, box-office figures, and release/streaming news.

Core film and people data — titles, cast and crew, release dates, posters, ratings and budget/revenue — is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB), a community-maintained, widely used film database. Box-office figures shown as "worldwide gross" are TMDB's reported revenue in USD. We display figures only where a reliable source provides them, and we do not invent numbers, dates, awards or credits.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Profile biographies and film summaries are written and edited to be factual and original. We build each biography around a person's verified data and their real filmography in our records. We deliberately avoid stating birth/career details, awards or relationships that we cannot source, and our process rejects any draft that introduces a date or fact not supported by our data.

Cinema data changes — credits get updated, releases move, figures are revised. We refresh our records regularly from source. If you spot an error, please contact us and we will review and correct it. Pages show when their underlying data was last updated.

The site is supported by advertising. Ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content and never influence how we report a film, person or box-office result.
