K. Viswanath is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and character actor known for his works in Telugu and Hindi cinema. He was born in 1930 in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Education: He has a degree in commerce from Andhra-Christian College, Guntur.
Achievements: He has received several awards and recognition for his contribution to Indian cinema, including the National Film Award for Best Director for his film “Sankarabharanam (Allu Ramalingaiah) ” (1979) and the Padma Shri award in Arts from the Government of India in 1983.
