He is known for his voice acting roles in various animated films. Vitsin's notable works include "Film, Film, Film" (1968), where he lent his voice, and "Father Frost and the Grey Wolf" (1978), in which he voiced the character Hare-Daddy. He also voiced Bullfinch in "The Winter's Tale" (1981). Apart from voice acting, Vitsin appeared in live-action films like "Cain the XVIII-th" (1963) as Freelance Hangman. His other notable works include "An Arrow Flies Into a Fairy Tale" (1954), "Sportland" (1958) as Hottabych (voice), and "Women's work" (1992) as Rayoshnik (voice).
