Gadkar's notable works include 'Sadhi Manse' (1965), where she played a significant role, and 'The Marriage of Tulsi' (1971), in which she portrayed Vrunda. She also essayed the role of Mata Parvati in 'Har Har Mahadev' (1974) and Devi Maa Lakshmi in 'Bhagat Dhanna Jatt' (1974). Gadkar's final film appearance was in 'Soon Mazi Laxmi' (1981).
