She began her voice acting career in 2012, lending her voice to the character of Candlehead in the Disney animated film "Wreck-It Ralph". She continued to work in animation, providing additional voices for the 2013 film "Frozen" and voicing the character of Badger Doctor in the 2016 film "Zootopia". Lowes has also worked on the upcoming animated films "Zootopia 2" and "Vivo", set to release in 2025 and 2021 respectively. In addition to her voice work, Lowes has also appeared in live-action films such as "Side Effects" in 2013.
