Koji Tsuruta

Koji Tsuruta, born on December 6, 1924, in Hamamatsu, Japan, was a prominent figure in the Japanese film industry. Known for his extensive filmography, Tsuruta's career spanned over two centuries, with his work including notable roles in various films. One of his most recognized performances was in "The Kingdom of Jirocho 1" (1963), where he played the character of Shimizu no Jirocho. Tsuruta's unique style of singing also contributed to his versatility as an artist.
