Born on December 22, 1965, Young has worked across acting, producing, and writing roles in the industry. In 2015, Young appeared in The Martian as part of the JPL Pathfinder Team, contributing to the film’s portrayal of NASA’s mission. By 2017, Young expanded into producing with Beauty and the Beast, taking on a co-producer role in the live-action adaptation.
