Akihiro Miwa is a Japanese actor known for voice work in animated films. Born on May 15, 1935 in Nagasaki, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan, Miwa has credited roles in multiple films as a performer. Miwa provided the voice for the Witch of the Waste in the 2004 film Howl's Moving Castle. Earlier, Miwa voiced Mrs. Moro in the 1997 film Princess Mononoke. In addition to voice acting, Miwa appeared in the 1957 film The Betrothed. Miwa is also credited in the upcoming 2025 film Nagasaki: In the Shadow of the Flash.
